The APA is seeking a consultant with expertise in transmission and generation planning, interconnection policy, economic and reliability modeling, and related matters. This position will assist APA as it engages in the Southwest Power Pool processes on economic and reliability modeling of transmission and Generation Interconnection and will advise on planning and services studies, operational and reliability issues and policies, and related matters.

No relocation is needed. Some travel will be required.

Undergraduate degree required, and an advanced degree or experience in the fields described is a plus.
